I have been running for two decades and enjoy sharing my passion with others. After talking with friends that I helped train for a marathon earlier this year, I decided to offer my coaching services to those out there looking to improve on their (or do their first) marathon or half marathon.
I will provide an individualized training plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve your goal. Our schedules are all overbooked and it is hard to find the time to come up with a training plan of your own. One size fits all training plans don't take into account your prior accomplishments or your current level of fitness. Although online training plans are a great place to start, they don't help you figure out how to adjust your training when you are ahead of the curve or when life gets in the way.
Initially, I am offering two packages:
- Basic - A one time "in-person" meeting (if local or via Skype if not) to discuss your goals and to develop a training plan for your chosen race; or
- Elite - A monthly package that, in addition to what is provided with the Basic package, provides you with the ability to have daily/weekly discussions (as needed) by email, phone or Skype on your training progress to provide feedback and also to continually adapt your training plan.
